Edufax is a leading Dutch language distance learning company, educational solutions and consultancy. Due to our ambitious growth, we are currently looking for a service-oriented Admission / Support Officer to join our team.
Your responsibilities
- Administration: invoicing, enrolling students, arranging courses;
- Working with our CRM system and our My Edufax portal;
- Receiving visitors and answering their phone calls;
- Handling e-mails from and for clients, schools and families;
- The space to build our own network of (international) schools worldwide;
- Have the opportunity to build our own network of (international) schools worldwide;
- Actively liaising with families throughout the admissions process;
- Guiding families during pre-visits;
- Organising school visits and doing research;
- Managing the entire “admission process”;
- Handling complaints;
- Quality management and optimising business processes;
You are the right candidate if you

- Bring fun and positivity to our team;
- HaveHave good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems;
- Have excellent working knowledge in both Dutch and English;
- Have excellent skills to work under time pressure.
